Returns Via Courier or In-Store
Yarntons is committed to providing quality products to our
customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Yarntons
website, you may return it for any reason within 14 days following delivery.
NO RETURNS
on "SALE” and discounted goods, please choose carefully.
Returned products must be unwashed and unworn with all tags
attached and be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
email. For hygiene reasons we will not offer refunds on underwear and swimwear.
Products may be returned straight to our stores in Birkenhead
or Devonport or by Tracked Courier as follows:

Products
returned by courier are your responsibility until they reach us, so please take
the time to package these securely. Using a tracked delivery service is also
recommended.
You will
receive a full refund of the price you paid for a returned product. However,
unless the product is faulty or not as ordered, the delivery charges and costs
of returning the product will not be refunded. Refunds will be in the same form
as your original payment.
If you
return a product by courier, we will email you when we receive it. We will
process any refund due as soon as possible and within seven days
of our receipt of the product.
If payment
was made via Zip, Zip will refund you directly through their platform and your Zip payment schedule will be adjusted or cancelled to
reflect the refund amount.
If a product is faulty (including underwear or
swimwear) we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
to provide a remedy.
