Yarntons Mother’s Day Giveaway 2026 Terms & Conditions

Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families (including spouse, de facto spouse, child, parent, or sibling) are not eligible to enter.

The promotion commences on 23 April and closes on 8 May ("Promotional Period”).

To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotional Period, subscribe to the Promoter’s mailing list and complete the entry form provided in the giveaway email.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.

This is a one-off promotion. Two (2) winners will be drawn on 8 May.

Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

Each winner will receive one pair of Thomas Cook Wynyard Gumboots (RRP $79.95 NZD). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If a winner does not respond within two (2) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the acceptance or use of the prize, nor for any prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with after it has been awarded.

If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical disruptions or human error. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter, not at the time of submission by the entrant.

The Promoter may disclose entrant personal information to third parties engaged for the purpose of administering this promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information, engages in fraudulent or dishonest conduct, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes, without compensation, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for such purposes. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any such materials shall vest in the Promoter.

The prize will be awarded in a manner determined by the Promoter and at the Promoter’s discretion, be delivered to an address within New Zealand.

Entrants agree to comply with all reasonable directions of the Promoter and must not engage in any conduct that may damage the reputation or goodwill of the Promoter.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct this promotion and may, for this purpose, use and disclose such information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time. Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

All images prices, sizes, description and colours are listed to the best of our ability. Please note that errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, then we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming at the correct price or cancelling a full refund. Yarntons cannot guarantee that any colour you seen through your monitor with be completely accurate.

Through purchasing on our website you will receive an order confirmation, then our computer system is confident that we have that item in stock. If we cannot find the garment, we will advise you as soon possible and give you a full refund.We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.
