The Kingston Grange Short Sleeve Bamboo Snake Vine Dreaming Shirt combines a relaxed everyday fit with meaningful Indigenous artwork by Australian artist Geraldine Napangardi Granites.
The Ngalyipi Jukurrpa (Snake Vine Dreaming) – Yanjirlpiri artwork tells the story of the ngalyipi, a green snake vine traditionally used by Indigenous communities for a variety of purposes, including as a carrying strap, rope, ceremonial wrap and for traditional healing. The country associated with this Jukurrpa is Yanjirlpiri (Mt. Nicker), west of Yuendumu.
Made from a soft bamboo fibre and cotton blend, this lightweight shirt features a loose fit, practical chest pocket and bamboo wood-look buttons.
